Search is only available in production builds. Try building and previewing the site to test it out locally.

Building the ROM

Requirements

Section titled “Requirements”
  • 64-bit Linux (Ubuntu / Debian recommended), at least 16 GB of RAM and ~300 GB of free disk space.
  • The Android build packages (see the LineageOS documentation).
  • The repo tool.

Get the sources

Section titled “Get the sources”

  1. Initialise the checkout:

    Terminal window
    mkdir -p ~/android/euodos && cd ~/android/euodos
    repo init -u https://gerrit.example.org/euodos-manifest -b main

  2. Sync:

    Terminal window
    repo sync -c -j$(nproc)

  3. Set up the environment and pick the device:

    Terminal window
    source build/envsetup.sh
    breakfast example1

  4. Start the build:

    Terminal window
    brunch example1

Incremental builds

Section titled “Incremental builds”

After a small change, just run brunch example1 again: only what changed is rebuilt.
